I'm assuming that you are referring to the font size of the title on the title bar of the skin you're using. The text size you are seeing is a function of the settings of your computer and also the font size for the title established by the person(s) who made the Stickies skin.

I personally like the font size my computer is set at right now. So if I see text on a Stickies skin which is too small (or too large), I don't adjust my computer settings. Instead I adjust the text size of the font on the skin. This is pretty easy to do using Tom Revell's Stickies Skinner which is used to create skins for Stickies. There are over 200 skins available for use at Zhorn Software, so you could also try out different skins to see whether any of them might use a larger font in the title. Otherwise you could use Stickies Skinner to edit a skin to your liking. A link to download the Skinner is at the bottom of this page - http://www.zhornsoftware.co.uk/stickies/skins/skinner.html

What's the name of the skin you're using btw?
