I use the attached feature quite a bit. I keep notes concerning the web page or application that I'm using. I've got it set so that when I minimize the window the sticky disappears. However, when I bring another window up on top of the one with the attached sticky, the sticky still shows on the unrelated window (I set the sticky to be on top). Is there some way to change this so that when the window with the attached sticky loses focus, the sticky will disappear? Or even better make this feature configurable a per sticky use.
BTW, I already have the sticky set to disappear when the application is minimized.

Unfortunately not - that would require a better degree of control of z-order than Windows allows. You can set on-top, and you can, with difficulty sometimes come to the top, but not set a window to be "in front of x, but no further".
I have this same issue and was thinking of a different approach. Would it be possible to just toggle the On Top status of the attached sticky depending on whether the window it's attached to is active and let Windows take care of the rest?
