Hello, im getting this situation from times to times, im not quite sure what is triggering it. Usually when it starts, all the stickies are colored right, and as I mouse of or click them, they get all white, except from the text part.

When I try to right click the menu, it either doesnt open, or opens as a huge white box. sad

Forgot to add, I also couldnt figure out how they get back to normal, but its the same situation, I mouse over them, and the right colors show up.

Also I forgot to appreciate this great software cheesy Thank you, its greatly helping productivity over here.

It's rare that I get to see some new error these days - I've seen most of the things which can go wrong with Stickies by now.

However, you've managed to show me one smiley

The distinction between the while/text areas makes some little sense - a sticky is a text box (which is drawing correctly) with some custom drawing code around it to draw the UI (which is coming out white).

There are two things I'd look at. The first is whether there's a new video card driver available for your computer. Perhaps there's a problem with that.

The other is to see whether the same thing happens with a different Stickies skin, Try using a couple of other looks (from the web site), perhaps one which is rectangular, and one which has rounded corners. Does that change it at all?

Seems that it was the GPU driver, very sorry for that! Should have checked before!

I update and gave it time, the issue seems to have vanished. Thank you very much!

Well, I waited a little bit before posting after updating the drivers to give it a safe margin:

But it happened again, while using other skin, v8 if im not mistaken.

This time I checked that the drivers were updated. The issue repeats.

Still couldnt find what triggers it

I wonder what else changed when you updated your video card drivers? Perhaps it was a reboot, which meant that it was working OK for a while?

If it wasn't the update, was there something else which might explain why it seemed to get better for a while?
